For our first ever post, we are celebrating the launch of our site with the creation of an Open Day event for our new, small weddings offering.
Whether you are considering a runaway, elopement wedding just for two, or an intimate wedding weekend gathering those you love, we’d love to meet you, introduce you to our country house venue and hear about your ideas.
Join us at Treseren on Saturday 2nd February 2019 for our Wedding Venue Open house launch. Arrive to roaring fires, drinks and canapés and a chance to wander around and meet our favourite suppliers.
From the gorgeous gardens, to the contemporary interiors of our Georgian Mine Captain’s House bursting with history, Treseren is a beautiful bolt hole to gather the ones you love for a small wedding with style. Our beautiful reception rooms will be dressed by Marisa from Flowers with M who will be on hand to answer any questions you have about your wedding.
The brilliant Round Kitchen will be serving their delicious canapés… which sound absolutely divine. Sarah and Lucy will be resident in the Treseren kitchen to answer any questions you may have or to just talk lovely food.
Luna the Harp will set up in one of our ceremony rooms, playing some of her beautiful music, listen here for a sneak preview;
We also have live acoustic guitar from Scenic Route to help create the atmosphere to inspire you and help imagine your relaxed wedding weekend at your very own country house.
If the weather allows, we will be lighting the fire pits to toast marshmallows – so feel free to bring children; we are a child friendly wedding venue and we will make sure they are amused! Likewise, if you have a four legged friend, we are a dog friendly wedding venue, and there is plenty of space for them to explore outside in the gardens.
Treseren offers accommodation for up to 12 of your guests onsite in our beautiful bedrooms within the main house and Skye cottage, which will be open during the day for you to browse.
